  2. Provide your full name, order number, the reason for the return and the last four digits of the credit card used for purchase
  3. Your refund will appear on your account in 3-5 business days

Offer Valid for Product Purchased 07/01/17-06/30/23. Your request must be postmarked within 60 days of purchase.
